Can I have more than 1 store?

Yes, you can create additional stores in the 'Stock and Inventory' application and transfer your items between the stores.

Open 'Stores' from the main menu. 

Press the big yellow '+' (plus) button to create a new store.

After you have created a new store you can switch between stores using the dropdown box at the top of the main menu.

On the item's screen, you will see the additional button to transfer items between stores.

In the 'Documents' section, you will see a new tab 'Transfer'. You can create transfer documents to move your products to another store.
