My camera does not scan barcodes

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. There are over 12,000 different phone and tablet models in the world and we cannot test the application on all of them. 

Please, open Settings - Barcode scanner and choose another type of barcode scanner. We have 3 different types of barcode scanners and one or another should work ОК on your device. 

There are also additional scanner settings available on that screen and you can play with them to achieve the best result. Feel free to contact us using 'Question or Suggestion' from the main menu to get more help with this issue.
